Early reports are that the NCAA has alerted the Big Ten that they are investigating Michigan Football for in-person scouting of opponents.
With film and every game on TV, I'm not sure why this would even be a thing or give Michigan an advantage. I guess a scout could try to chart signals. With the audio in the helmets, I'm also wondering why that would be effective.
